BECOME A MENTORA HIGH-TRUST ROLE FOR THOSE WHO HAVE PROVEN THEIR COMMITMENT THROUGH THE VOLUNTEER CORPS |
WHAT DOES A MENTOR DO?
Mentors walk alongside our men during one of the most important seasons of their lives. Through consistent presence, encouragement, and accountability, mentors help reinforce the transformation taking place inside the program.
This is not a casual volunteer role. Mentors build real relationships, speak truth when it is needed, and model what a stable, Christ-centered life looks like outside the program.
Mentorship is about showing up, staying consistent, and investing in lasting change.
HOW DO YOU BECOME A MENTOR?
Mentorship at Warriors Center is not an entry point. It is a next step for those who have already demonstrated commitment through consistent involvement in the Volunteer Corps.
As you serve, build relationships, and prove reliability, our team begins to identify individuals who may be a good fit for deeper engagement. Mentorship opportunities are extended to those who have earned trust and shown a genuine investment in the mission.
If you are not yet involved, your first step is to join the Volunteer Corps and begin serving consistently.
TAKE THE NEXT STEP
If you feel called to mentor, your next step depends on where you are in the process. Mentorship is built on consistent involvement and proven commitment.
