THE NEW ALBANY RECOVERY PROGRAM

Women at Warriors Center New Albany participate in a structured, faith-based program designed to restore stability, discipline, and purpose.

  • Faith-Based Residential Recovery
Residents live in a structured residential community where spiritual formation, daily discipline, and personal accountability form the foundation of recovery and long-term stability for women rebuilding their lives.
  • Structured Daily Accountability
Residents follow a disciplined daily schedule that includes work assignments, mentoring, classes, and community responsibilities designed to help women rebuild habits of responsibility, consistency, and self-control.
  • Life Skills & Personal Discipline
Residents advance through the New Life Discipleship Program, progressing through nine levels of responsibility and three stages of spiritual formation that guide women toward maturity, leadership, and lasting change. By the time they graduate, residents have completed extensive coursework, memorized and publicly recited Scripture, and participated in numerous community outreach efforts that reinforce the program’s commitment to service and transformation.
  • Job Training, Certifications & Education
Residents gain hands-on work experience through construction training and transitional employment opportunities, including our partnership with the If I Had a Hammer program and work opportunities through The Lion Company, Warriors Center’s social enterprise and job training enterprise. Residents may also pursue continuing education through Kineo Bible College as they prepare for long-term stability and employment.
  • Long-Term Community Support
Graduates remain connected to the Warriors Center community through ongoing mentorship, alumni relationships, and continued accountability that reinforce the habits and support systems needed for long-term success. Many former residents go on to serve within the ministry itself, and today many Warriors Center staff first came through the program, continuing the cycle of mentorship for those who follow behind them.
