OUR RECOVERY MODEL

STRUCTURED RECOVERY THAT BLENDS FAITH, DISCIPLINE, LIFE SKILLS, AND VOCATIONAL TRAINING

SUPPORT WARRIORS CENTER

HOW THE WARRIORS CENTER PROGRAM WORKS

Warriors Center has been helping individuals rebuild their lives since 1999 through a structured residential recovery program rooted in faith, accountability, and practical recovery work. The ministry began with a men’s program in Memphis and expanded in 2016 with the opening of its first women’s center.

Across multiple campuses, more than 200 residents participate in the program at any given time. The program is open to anyone seeking recovery, and no resident is ever turned away because they cannot afford to pay.

Our recovery model blends spiritual formation, addiction recovery work, life-skills development, and vocational training within a disciplined environment designed to help residents rebuild their lives.

A BALANCED APPROACH TO RECOVERY

Addiction affects the body, the mind, and the spirit. Because of this, recovery requires more than simply removing someone from drugs or alcohol.

The Warriors Center program combines spiritual discipleship with recovery education, step-based work, mentorship, and personal accountability. Residents participate in Bible study, chapel services, recovery classes, group discussions, and structured daily responsibilities designed to help them confront addiction and develop healthier patterns of living.

This healthy blend of recovery and spiritual formation allows residents to address both the spiritual and practical roots of addiction as they rebuild their lives.

A STRUCTURED ENVIRONMENT FOR GROWTH

The Warriors Center program is intentionally structured to help residents rebuild discipline, responsibility, and healthy daily habits. Each day follows a consistent rhythm that includes chapel services, recovery classes, Bible study, work responsibilities, and community accountability.

Residents begin their day early and move through a schedule designed to create stability and focus. This disciplined environment helps break destructive patterns and replaces them with habits that support long-term recovery.

The program also incorporates a military-style progression system in which residents advance through ranks as they complete recovery work, educational milestones, and spiritual development goals. This structure creates clear expectations and encourages residents to take ownership of their personal growth.

THE RECOVERY JOURNEY

Residents move through several stages of growth as they rebuild their lives. Each phase of the program builds upon the previous one, helping residents develop discipline, spiritual maturity, and the practical skills needed for long-term recovery.

  • 28-Day Spiritual Bootcamp – The program begins with a focused residential phase designed to help residents step away from the chaos of addiction and begin rebuilding their lives through structure, recovery classes, spiritual discipline, and a highly accountable daily environment.

  • Long-Term Discipleship Program – After completing bootcamp, residents enter the long-term residential program where they continue their recovery journey through discipleship, mentorship, accountability, and personal development as they grow in spiritual maturity and responsibility within the community.

  • Work Training & Life Preparation – Residents participate in daily work assignments that build responsibility and provide real-world job training through campus roles, Warriors Center social enterprises, and partnerships with local businesses.

  • Graduation & Independent Living – Graduates leave the program with a strong spiritual foundation, meaningful work experience, and the life skills needed to live stable, productive, and independent lives.

GROWTH THROUGH DISCIPLINE AND LEADERSHIP

As residents progress through the Warriors Center program, they advance through a structured rank system that reflects their growth in recovery, responsibility, and leadership within the community. This military-style progression reinforces the importance of discipline, accountability, and perseverance throughout the recovery journey.

Advancement through the ranks requires completion of recovery coursework, Bible study, life-skills training, and community outreach opportunities. Residents also demonstrate personal growth, spiritual maturity, and a willingness to serve and encourage others in the program.

Through this process, residents not only rebuild their own lives but also grow into leaders who help strengthen the community around them.

A LONG-TERM COMMITMENT TO TRANSFORMATION

The Warriors Center program is designed for lasting change. While some individuals initially enter through the 28-Day Spiritual Bootcamp, most residents continue into the long-term recovery and discipleship program.

Residents advance through the program as they grow in recovery, discipline, spiritual maturity, and leadership within the community. The process is intentionally structured so that real transformation can take place.

Most residents spend between 12 and 18 months in the program as they rebuild their lives and prepare for independent living, meaningful work, and long-term stability.

RESTORING LIVES. BUILDING FUTURES.

At Warriors Center, recovery is not simply about overcoming addiction. It is about helping men and women rebuild their lives with faith, discipline, meaningful work, and a renewed sense of purpose.

Through structure, community, and long-term commitment, residents are given the opportunity to develop the spiritual strength, personal responsibility, and life skills needed to build stable and productive lives.
