Who We Are

This website is operated by Warriors Center USA, 562 S Center Street, Collierville, TN 38017, on behalf of itself and its affiliated, separately incorporated recovery centers in Memphis, Bolivar and Hardeman County, Tennessee, and in Olive Branch and Union County, Mississippi (together, “Warriors Center,” “we,” “us” or “our”).

Information You Give Us

We collect the information you choose to provide when you:

  • Ask about getting help for yourself or someone else
  • Submit a prayer request
  • Apply to volunteer or become a mentor
  • Request a tour or ask to attend a graduation
  • Contact us about event staffing, workforce partnerships or other partnerships
  • Sign up for our email newsletter
  • Make a donation

Depending on the form, this may include your name, email address, phone number, city and state, company name, the center you are interested in, and anything you write in a message.

Information Collected Automatically

Like most websites, we collect some information automatically when you visit:

  • Google Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site, such as which pages are viewed, how visitors found us, general location (city or region), and device and browser type. This helps us improve the site. Google Analytics uses cookies. You can opt out by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
  • Google reCAPTCHA. Some of our forms use reCAPTCHA to block spam. reCAPTCHA is subject to Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
  • Cookies. Our site and the services above use cookies and similar technologies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some features may not work as intended.

Sensitive Information and Requests for Help

When you reach out for help or share a prayer request, please share only what you are comfortable sharing. Warriors Center is a faith-based ministry, not a medical or clinical provider, and website forms are not the place to send detailed medical, legal or financial information. We treat these messages as confidential and share them only with the staff and ministry leaders who need them to respond to you. If you give us permission on the prayer request form, we may share your request with others who will pray for you.

How We Use Your Information

  • To respond to your questions and requests
  • To connect you or a loved one with one of our centers
  • To process donations and send gift acknowledgements and tax receipts
  • To coordinate volunteers, mentors, tours and partnerships
  • To send newsletters and ministry updates you have signed up for
  • To understand and improve how our website works
  • To meet legal, accounting and grant reporting requirements

How We Share Information

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share information only in these cases:

  • Among Warriors Center organizations, so the right center can respond to you.
  • With service providers that help us run the ministry, such as our online giving platform (Givecloud), donor management system (DonorPerfect), email newsletter service (Constant Contact), website hosting and email delivery providers, and Google (Analytics and reCAPTCHA). These providers may use your information only to provide services to us.
  • When required by law, or to protect the safety of our residents, staff, visitors or others.

Grant reports we provide to funders use summary information, not the personal details of website visitors or donors, unless you have agreed otherwise.

Donations

Online donations are processed securely by Givecloud and its payment processors. Your full card or bank account number is handled by those processors and is not stored on warriorscenter.org. Please review Givecloud’s privacy policy for details on how it handles your information.

Email Communications

If you sign up for our newsletter, we will send you ministry news and updates. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also contact us to be removed from our list.

Your Choices

You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information you have given us, or to stop contacting you, by using the contact information below. We will honor your request unless we are required to keep certain records, such as donation records needed for tax and accounting purposes.

Children’s Privacy

Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information you share with us. No website, email or internet transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Links to Other Websites

Our site links to other websites, including our giving platform and social media pages. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their practices.
